About Ben B. Boothe, Sr.

Ben Boothe is noted for work as a bank founder, banker, author of 7 books, and international consultant who has worked to help reform and rebuild banking systems in developing nations, particularly nations that have come out of Communist or Socialist political systems into capitalism. Boothe is an expert on the transition to a balanced economy and has help write banking laws for Mongolia, Cambodia. He also provided an outline and draft which was used in Ecuador’s Constitution. He does appraisals, environmental studies and unique economic development programs. In Cambodia he did a study on the positive economic impacts of removing the mines from agricultural properties that the USA had left there during the conflict with Viet Nam. ¬†Boothe has been on 14 charitable boards, has been named “outstanding businessman”, “outstanding environmental consultant”, “Who’s Who”, but his most valued title, is “Friend”.
